Pros
Depending on the department that you are it is either good or bad. Lately some layoffs are happening that affect different positions from higher management to analysts. Payment is pretty good could be better though. Tight project deadlines and some projects are very very complex so when their handed over to you you may lost your mind. But some projects are very very interesting I have to admit.
Cons
Not a safe place anymore, they used to not lay off anyone but now even directors of 15 years are losing their jobs no one is safe and thats a pity as the company used to be top notch. Some managers talk bad to their teams not all of them some are acting good.
