People. The people in my office were great - friendly, helpful, supportive even when the company's higher ups weren't Flexible work arangements
Cons
There are very few women in top roles IMS says they are invested in their staff but they don't support training and it's easy to get stuck in a role Career opportunities depend entirely on your manager/department. In some departments there is no growth
