      Pros

      -Very supportive and friendly team -Good benefits -Flexible working hours

      Cons

      -Awful management. Things are promised to you which never happen. Projects are split very unfairly with some having no work to do and others pulling their hair out due to being massively overworked. This has resulted in a ridiculous staff turnover of staff as everyone is very unhappy. Managers seem to only care about their own development and only help you if you really push for it

      Cons

      Growth opportunities/compensation - besides the annual merit raises of <3 percent I haven’t gotten a raise in 5 years.

      The layoffs were handled quietly and unexpectedly, even though there were some early signs. They didn’t share who else was affected, but it was clearly more than just me.

      They’re doing layoffs in phases, and my position was part of the most recent round.
