      Work life Balance, flexibility in timings, even if u work 5 hrs it's accepted in Quintiles, lots of wfh, heaven for women employees, Senior citizens

      Cons

      Low pay, no growth, mediocre team members, manager, who R pulling days n years n enjoying life. Best suitable if u R looking for retirement

      The team was great to work with and the general work environment was hard to beat

      Cons

      It felt like sales and upper management completely dropped the ball with our product. We had what could have been a large success in the market but we were too ignored to really push ourselves towards new customers. Pretty much the whole team was laid off as a result.
