One of the biggest things Quintiles has going for it are its people, tromendous experience and diverse backgrounds make this a great place to work. The work that you have an opportunity to get involved in is another pro.
Cons
Quintiles is top heavy, a lot of Senior management and individuals where the role they have is not clear. It is also a very male dominate organization, especial the commercial division and the Global Sr Leadership team reporting to Dennis.
