Pros

- Amazing work environment - Smart, engaging leadership - Smooth, fun cross-functional teams - Incredibly caring company - Tremendous Learning/ Growth Opportunities Working at Iponweb was such a pleasure. I was really impressed by the level of effort the company goes to make employees feel welcome and comfortable in their roles. The best part of my job was getting to know so many great co-workers who are passionate about what they do and care about their colleagues. If you're looking to grow and become a subject matter expert in the programmatic space, this company is for you! I can say as a PMM, I've worked at companies where teams were not at all self-sufficient and unnecessarily demanding. This experience was the complete opposite which was a refreshing, welcome change for me. I will miss working with the teams at this company.

Cons

Nothing comes to mind - keep doing what you're doing!

Pros

- The benefits package offered is the most comprehensive and inexpensive (for the employee) benefits package I've ever seen - Performance-based incentive pay/bonus is paid out quarterly as opposed to annually - Above average industry salary - Travel perks include international travel multiple times per year (locations include Germany, London, Moscow) - Excellence is recognized and rewarded with meaningful raises and promotions - Consistently intellectually stimulating work for those interested in the intersection of media and technology. - Full purview into the health of the overall business (lost at a lot of larger companies) and general independent control over the way you manage your projects. - Clients are well-regarded in the industry and a constant stream of potential new client opportunities are turned into working business for the team to take on. - Work life balance is important at IPONWEB, meaning you won't consistently slave in the office unless there's an emergency (which are infrequent) - With a relatively small NYC team, there is a lot of opportunity to make an imprint on the accounts you work on.

Cons

- Communicating back and forth between the US team and Moscow teams can at times be a challenge to manage from a scheduling perspective.
