They pay you regularly and a few of the supervisors are lovely people trying to do their best in a terrible situation
Cons
Some Staff do not listen to supervisors Some Staff are sexist towards other members of staff and their supervisors. Some staff walk off in the middle of their shift The supervisors who work for IPM do not appear to be qualified or have a clue. I would argue about 30% of the matchday workforce of IPM can do their jobs competently. The reputation system is flawed and gives some employees more points for the same shifts and takes more points than necessary.
