      Everyone is friendly. Plenty of work. You can talk to anyone about anything.

      They are taking over a really big job, and I'm not sure if we have the resources to keep our customers happy yet.

      Pros

      Owners actually care about their employees, offering events outside of the workplace that they fund independently. Offer shares in stock to all hourly employees. Take pride in offering the best possible medical benefits. Generous 401K contributions, not relating to employee's ability to contribute. A pride to small business.

      Cons

      Old school. Expects employees to be on location and working their schedule. Rarely permits remote working.
