Pros
The role is teaching me a lot and many people are genuine and supportive.
Cons
The expectations and reality of the role don't fully match. The training and support were much lighter than what was initially outlined. Inconsistent processes, and very high expectations without clearly defined or realistic targets. There are some great people there who are genuinely supportive, but overall the structure and working practices made it difficult to perform sustainably.
