Pros

Nothing. Complete toxic environment. You get fired at a whim.

Cons

Everything. CEO can’t keep a company stable and new CTO thinks he’s amazing and doesn’t work with other teams. So many companies are dropping them and all bonuses are around retention and not what an employee does in there work.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that your experience didn’t meet expectations. We take concerns about culture, leadership, and employee recognition seriously. At the same time, the situation described here doesn’t fully reflect how we see the company evolving today. We’ve been focusing on improving cross-team collaboration, strengthening leadership alignment, and ensuring that employees are recognized for their individual contributions as well as their long-term impact, an approach strongly supported by our leadership team. We understand that periods of growth and change can be experienced differently, and not every perspective will be the same. Like any growing company, we sometimes have to make difficult decisions. Nevertheless, our priority remains building a stable and supportive environment where people can do meaningful work and grow. We appreciate your input and will continue using feedback like this to improve.

Pros

Honestly, IP Fabric is one of those places where you’ll grow a lot — sometimes because of the opportunities, and sometimes because of the challenges. Things move quickly, priorities can shift, and you definitely have to be okay with change. But you also get to work with genuinely kind, smart people who care about what they’re building and how they treat each other. What I really like is that the company doesn’t pretend to have everything figured out. There’s room to speak up, try things, and learn (even when they don’t go as planned). Leadership actually listens, which makes a big difference. It’s not a fit for everyone — if you prefer a super-structured, steady environment, you might find it a bit chaotic. But if you like autonomy, collaboration, and a culture that’s human and down-to-earth, you’ll probably love it here. Pros: • People who genuinely care • Leadership that listens and adapts • Real opportunities to shape things and learn • Culture that values authenticity over perfection

Cons

• Fast pace and changing priorities • Still finding the right balance between structure and flexibility

Pros

The product is unique, and the benefits are above average.

Cons

The company has faced significant management challenges with no accountability for these issues. Due to poor long-term planning, multiple offices have been opened and closed in short periods, leading to financial waste and frequent hiring and layoffs. There is a high turnover rate across almost all departments, including voluntary resignations and terminations, some of which were unwarranted. The company has struggled to hire resources, leaving many positions unfilled for years. One such critical position is the VP of Product, which has impacted the team's ability to meet customer needs. The lack of planning and hiring resources for future growth is taking its toll. It is overloading employees with more work than they can handle, resulting in an incredibly stressful environment. Development teams have consistently missed deadlines, failing to deliver products on promised timelines. One example is a product promised to customers that is now over two years delayed with no planned release date. There is a very cliquey mentality inside the Prague office, often resulting in a "their way or the highway" approach. This mindset overlooks the diversity outside their group and the global market, hindering cross-functional teamwork, collaboration, and growth, while also decreasing morale.

We always appreciate feedback, since building a fast-growing company comes with challenges, and while we’re not perfect, we take every decision—whether it’s hiring, planning, or product development—very seriously, always with the long-term success of the company and our team in mind. We would like to comment on your description of things: We have grown in headcount, more than 20% last year, and we have significantly reduced our employee attrition. This quarter (February 2025) our quarterly attrition rate is at 3,9%, while our revenue has been constantly growing in the past years. We acknowledge that in the past, there were instances of offices that were opened without proper planning. However, all of this took place more than 2 years ago, before we closed our Series B and continued on our sustainable growth path in the 3 main hubs we have Prague, Boston and London. Last but not least, with regards to the open positions, we strive to close all positions as fast as possible, but especially for our Leadership hires, finding the right candidate is extremely important for us, as we pay a lot of attention to hire people with a plan and setting them up for success. This is why we take the necessary time to close our key hires. However, we would like to highlight that our average time-to-fill is well below 90 days, far from the “open for years” mark that you have chosen to refer to. We’re proud of the culture we’ve built and the incredible team we have today. Like any company, we evolve, we learn, and we improve. If anyone has concerns or suggestions, we always encourage open and direct conversations. Feedback like yours helps us in our continuous effort to build a better organization. We thank you for your open words. Lukas Souhrada, People and Culture team
