      - Great offices and flexible working. - All senior management (Group CEO, ION Analytics CEO, IONA CPO and IONA CTO) really know the customers and the market. - Very strong Product Managers setting the strategic direction of product development.

      Cons

      - Poor people management - Lack of psychological safety. Absence of trust. - Impossible to hire replacement staff.

      Pros

      Great view from the NYC office. Had a great team which is why I stayed so long (over 12 years).

      Cons

      No direction, no transparency, no communication from leadership, bonuses cut, and now mass layoffs.
