      There are still some good people in the company

      Cons

      -People leave, leaving you with more work and no compensation increase -Benefits got worse after the acquisition -Not a good place to stay around, it will consume most of your time

      Pros

      Great view from the NYC office. Had a great team which is why I stayed so long (over 12 years).

      Cons

      No direction, no transparency, no communication from leadership, bonuses cut, and now mass layoffs.
