      1. Ion is a fintech company, hiring engineering graduates in the field of teh + trading. 2. managers and colleagues are very friendly and cooperative 3. They pay you good money and above all, help to grow your personality and talent

      I have spent months at ION. As per now, i have not experienced any cons.

      Pros

      Great view from the NYC office. Had a great team which is why I stayed so long (over 12 years).

      Cons

      No direction, no transparency, no communication from leadership, bonuses cut, and now mass layoffs.
