      Pros

      The biggest pro is working on different projects and getting exposure to a ton of different ways to do things. It's definitely making me a more well-rounded developer.

      Cons

      I'm probably a little underpaid, but I'm willing to take the hit for now to gain experience.

      Pros

      Great view from the NYC office. Had a great team which is why I stayed so long (over 12 years).

      Cons

      No direction, no transparency, no communication from leadership, bonuses cut, and now mass layoffs.
