Business outlook
Pros
There are good people there that actually care about you and the work you do. The hours are pretty flexible and it still retained some small company culture. I've seen a lot of people that are here for 10+ years. Your direct manager and people you work with day to day are good people.
Cons
The major issue is the upper management seem to be really out of touch with the rest of the company. Unrealistic goals are set every year so the targets are never met yet. The career here is pretty much a dead end as well if you're just starting. Nothing you learn would be useful in other jobs if you're a developer.
