      Great office in city, young vibrant workforce (in addition to seasoned professionals)

      Cons

      lack of transparency, very limited opportunities for sponsored professional development, no HR department, favouritism, no clear/structured career path and renumeration (left to the discretion of line managers), culture of long working hours

      Great view from the NYC office. Had a great team which is why I stayed so long (over 12 years).

      Cons

      No direction, no transparency, no communication from leadership, bonuses cut, and now mass layoffs.
