      Some colleagues were super smart. The salary was ok.

      Management by fear. Not listening to experienced staff. Saying one thing, doing another. Blame-games all the time.

      Pros

      Great view from the NYC office. Had a great team which is why I stayed so long (over 12 years).

      Cons

      No direction, no transparency, no communication from leadership, bonuses cut, and now mass layoffs.
