- Good salary (slight above the average) - Skilled colleagues to learn from - Interesting projects
Cons
- Lack of communication from top management - Not a clear product vision: too many products with overlapping features. - The office space and facilities are not exactly the best. Not at the level of a corporate. - Support team is not trained enough and a lot of work goes back to Dev, for no valid reason.
