      Good coworkers and low level managers

      Cons

      Regular stealth layoffs with no communication from senior management. Increases the burden on all those left behind, and much knowledge is lost with sudden departures of subject matter experts. Bleak outlook. The only new hires you see are recent college graduates

      Pros

      Great view from the NYC office. Had a great team which is why I stayed so long (over 12 years).

      Cons

      No direction, no transparency, no communication from leadership, bonuses cut, and now mass layoffs.
