      1. Frequent Secret Layoffs without any reason. 2. Compulsory 9hrs in office daily. 3. Daily rigorous targets. 4. Toxic culture, treat the employees(specially non-developers) like animals. 5. No real growth in company.

      Pros

      Great view from the NYC office. Had a great team which is why I stayed so long (over 12 years).

      Cons

      No direction, no transparency, no communication from leadership, bonuses cut, and now mass layoffs.
