      Nothing to say as Pros now.

      Cons

      Post ION Acquisition of our company, they cut short all the extra curricular activities and other benefits like team quarterly outings, free lunch, monthly activities. Basically it killed the vibe of the office. On top of that our salary structure stayed same though actual ION employees had great salary. Firing people left and right.

      Pros

      Wonderful colleagues for 10 years until TPTB gutted the staff.

      Cons

      Decades long employees being fired in less than 4 minutes with zero warning during a work day. Heartbreaking to watch the company just turn their backs on all SMEs for entire systems. HR is not set up for employees, it is set up to protect the company. If you have a problem with the job, hire an attorney
