Pros

1. Opportunity to implement what you have learnt 2. Opportunity to learn a lot (applicable only to the engineering team) 3. Unlimited Coffee

Cons

1. Heavy leadership, they tell you to own your work, but one has to do what they tell you. If it's successful they praise themselves and if not then they blame you to know better 2. Very low compensation with respect to the quantum of work 3. If you are in sales, they have unrealistic targets to fetch you the variable portion of the salary 4. CEO makes ALL the decisions but makes it seem like the managers are taking them 5. If you don't fit the personality cult then you don't fit the culture 6. Politics encouraged by the CEO 7. Old school style management - if you are seen working for 12 hours mean you are hard working, but if you work for the number of hours agreed upon in the agreement (despite performing) then you are "not serious"

Pros

The team WAS great to work with

Cons

- the (ex) CEO: He still runs the company, makes all the decisions, can't take no for an answer, won't respect you, and the list goes on and on. He says things like "do your life's best work" or "take full ownership" but he won't enable anyone to even make their own decisions (no matter how big or small). - after the acquisition, it is all about revenue $$. Nothing else matters. You will be fired without a second thought no matter what you have achieved in the past. - HR is a total joke. There are no policies that benefit the employees. You are expected to come in at 10 sharp (you will get fired after 3 strikes) but there is no overtime. - They have been building the same product since 2020 and the customers are pissed off at this company - Endurance must be regretting their decision to buy this company.
