I began my journey there as a Developer, which gave me the opportunity to explore and learn new technologies. The organization operates primarily on agile methodologies, focusing on getting the work done rather than rigidly monitoring working hours. While you log your entry time, there's no strict tracking of when you leave. This approach doesn’t mean there’s no work; instead, it fosters the freedom to work in a peaceful and flexible manner. One unique aspect is that the first Saturday of every month is a working day. However, it’s something you’ll look forward to because the events organized on this day create a relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere. Another great perk is that they provide a Mac system with a monitor and all the necessary accessories, ensuring you have the best tools to do your job efficiently. Additionally, they offer a gym facility at a minimal cost, which is a wonderful benefit for fitness enthusiasts
