I have been with INflow for 1 year and 6 months now and this is a great company to work for. Ive seen great leadership who cares about their employees and offers them huge opportunity for growth. Whether it is paving a road map to help us lead into the career path that we are striving for, to certification reimbursements/training when certifications are needed for certain promotions, etc. All in all- When you have leadership that focuses on their employees, you will see a healthy work culture/environment, you will see employees going above and beyond, and you will see steady growth each year you progress.
