Pros

Family owned mid size company. It has operations Canada wide and internationally. Excellent environment and great R&D team.

Cons

It's a nice place to work if you are looking for a technical job. Not a lot of options for career development though.

At Intus we always present opportunities for growth as we are growing at a very rapid rate. However we assess if a team member is currently handling all of their daily duties properly, is he / she ready to handle more responsibilities and ultimately is he / she ready to grow at the same rate as the company. Willingness to grow has to come from the team member and Intus will always find a spot for continuous growth.

Pros

Good Salary and great benefits PTO two weeks and one week sick to start (this expands to three weeks after your third year) Great Teammates and managers Training and support from your team is incredible, trust me! I never once felt any sort of resentment or distress when clocking in everyday. This was a great job and was always filled with excitment and problem solving. The clients you develop relationships with make it all the better.

Cons

Communication from Director to CEO never really felt like it landed always. No bereavement leave, No maternity Leave. Lacking in official Holidays for time off. The last time the entire Sales team met in the US was before Covid and never happened again. Your base Salary starts low but can be negotiated. Max pay, regardless of sales performance, is capped. Top Dog award is non existent. Bonus structure currently in place works but is challenging as you do not control your project monetary value always. No commission but maybe in the future. If you cannot handle a lot of stress, maybe this isn't for you. You will have to push on products that are "ready for public" but are missing a lot of testing and additional capabilities. (this was being worked when i left)
