Pros
Helping people live healthier lifestyle has always been important in my opinion. Every now and again you get a call from someone who has really changed their life through the lifestyle heath coaching program and it feels great to have played a role in that. And of course Dr. Gordon!
Cons
Let's just say the cons by far surpass the pros. There really is no management structure because they are always creating "new positions" for people that they know won't work under an unqualified supervisor. Some employees are expected to follow every rule/ regulation, while others get to make their own. They try to put off the "Team-oriented" feel but it's really just constant micro-management. Long-term employees aren't treated with the kindest regard. Those rules/ regulations change every other week, so you never really know what is "correct" until getting reprimanded. Certain incentives or "raises" are offered and then never actually put into play. No benefits (or so they say, but after all we are a health care company)
