      Pros

      The culture and work environment is the best of any company I've worked at. It is a growing company and there are plenty of opportunities for career advancement. The work environment is fast paced, and employees frequently collaborate on projects. There is very little micro-management - employees are expected to manage their own responsibilities, and encouraged to implement more efficient processes.

      Cons

      Since it is a growing company, the workload can get heavy at times.

      Wonderful to hear! Leadership at the helm strongly believes in bringing out each others' best! The times when workloads are heavy is because of the wonderful growth we are experiencing. INTEGRIS is a company that believes all employees "share in the wins", which helps us get through the challenging times.

      Pros

      Awesome group of people to work with! Flexible work environment. Little to no micromanagement. Executive team is transparent with employees and values their opinions. The company continues to grow and provide new job opportunities for their employees.

      If you're not self motivated this is probably not the place for you.

      Decent schedule Work life balance can be good at times

      Poorly run company Upper management is absolutely horrible Cash flow issues CEO is someone from sales, Does not know what they are doing On pace to file bankruptcy
