Pros
I love my job, my leader and my co-workers! This Hospital is amazing and all of the people that work there are so kind and friendly! Great place to work!
It's a large company so there are a lot of resources for you to succeed, especially if you are in a clinical role. Their pay is great.
Cons
PTO policy is terrible - no paid holidays but they force you to use PTO on holidays where the corporate office is closed. They are constantly doing hiring then layoffs.
