      Pros

      I started my journey with Instellars in June 2022 and my experience is great. Flexible working hours and work-life balance are big positives. The HR Team's always approachable and management is supportive. The work culture inculcated within the company is impressive and you will love it. My personal experience with the teams was too good, they are supportive and will help you with your queries

      Cons

      Currently enjoying my work here and there's nothing as of now

      Sometimes they behave good but swinging communication/decisions

      Cons

      Adhoc and unplanned decisions, unclear communication and approach, bypass hierarchy in org structure, no recognition and motivation, not open to take feedback positively
