I started working in Instellars from june 2022 and I have to say - This is the one of the best places I have ever worked in my professional career. Amazing work culture mixed with helpful seniors and management has made this company, one of the best places to work!!
Other vendor companies who outsource the employee to a big MNC generally delays the salary and credit to your account by 10 0r 15th of month. But the good thing about Instellars it credit your salary on the last day of month ie. gives you salary on time
Management is good especially HR and payroll Manager
Cons
They don't have tie up with multiple clients. In case if you are release from project then they won't retain you. They will ask you to submit the resignation.
They are mainly into Pega comparing to other technologies
Sometimes they behave good but swinging communication/decisions
Cons
Adhoc and unplanned decisions, unclear communication and approach, bypass hierarchy in org structure, no recognition and motivation, not open to take feedback positively
