      Good French company culture. Knowledgeable and talented staff. Good work and life balance. Standard benefits with matching 401K, flexible vacation plan.

      Cons

      Lacking communications. Challenges with diverse company cultures through company's several acquisitions over the years. Not innovative. Some products are behind competition.
