Pros

INSCALE does all they can to not distract you from working for the client. They do their part of responsibilities good — they sign a permanent contract with you, pay 14 salaries a year, provide insurance, meal allowance and some other benefits, provide you a comfortable office in Lisbon city center and supply you with work equipment.

Cons

For the career growth you can rely only on your client, and if you're not lucky enough you can find that in fact INSCALE cannot assist you with anything on that matter.

Pros

There is a positive and collaborative working culture among colleagues and team members, with individuals supporting one another and maintaining open communication in their day‑to‑day interactions.

Cons

When you are happy, the cons do not really matter.

Pros

The colleagues here are some of the best I’ve worked with, supportive, collaborative, and enjoyable to work alongside. The overall team culture at the peer level is strong.

Cons

There are also concerns around how feedback and team dynamics are being managed. Individuals who openly voice constructive feedback appear to be discouraged, which risks silencing valuable perspectives that could otherwise improve team performance. At the same time, there seems to be a pattern of preventing strong team alignment or cohesion. A lack of unity within the team can create an environment where individuals feel isolated rather than supported, ultimately weakening collaboration and trust. This approach may unintentionally (or otherwise) preserve short-term control, but it comes at the cost of transparency, innovation, and long-term team effectiveness. Healthy teams rely on open communication and mutual trust, without these, both morale and performance are likely to decline.
