Pros
It's been a very short time since I joined but one thing I always felt is that I am not some stranger here, people here have been very friendly and very approachable no matter what position they are sitting in the company. A very healthy environment, understandings between the colleagues and RM's.
Cons
I really haven't found anything till today and hope for this to stay the same :)
