- The organization works retroactively rather than proactively
- The College Links supervisor will pawn off her work on you and then take credit for it
- They do not care about you as an individual and will replace you without warning
- They don't offer skip-level meetings to check in
- They will increase your work-load beyond the scope of your job and not compensate you for it
- They do not honor work/life balance
