Pros

The Company does offer a positive collaborative team environment and eadership team also seems receptive to feedback, which gives me hope that these areas might improve over time.

Cons

The training programme could benefit from some refinement. As a new employee, I found myself having to learn many processes through trial and error rather than through structured guidance. A more comprehensive onboarding process would help new team members become productive more quickly and feel better supported. The risk department, whilst thorough in their approach to compliance, sometimes implements processes that can slow down client-facing operations. Finding a better balance between risk management and business agility would improve our ability to serve customers efficiently. Regarding compensation, the package is somewhat below industry standards for similar roles. Whilst I understand budget constraints exist in any organisation, competitive pay is important for attracting and retaining talent.
