Pros
- put emphasis on being ahead of the rest and you really are encouraged in this - great culture - lots of effort on Diversity and Inclusion (you notice the diversity within the bank - very flat structure and senior management is very approachable which is great - Transformation towards Digitization - work life balance
Cons
- Agile way has proven in theory to be a success but in practice not working well throughout whole ING - You also notice that all departments have a their own way of Agile working - top talents are not rewarded well enough to be kept and you see a lot of the good people and managers leaving - little by little, you feel the Netherlands taking over on the Belgian part.
