      Pros

      IMT is really great with flexibility and having a work life balance. We're only required to come into the office twice a week which allows me to be flexible in my home life. It's been a great balance.

      Cons

      I wish upper management would be more transparent with employees.

      Pros

      Rewards employees for doing a good job at their assigned task. Long history of treating workers well, and plenty of workers build careers and retire here.

      Cons

      Is insurance so the randomness of storms can affect things like employee profit shares and company positioning etc.
