Pros
If you like to apply for a job that doesn't exist.
Cons
*Interviewed Only* **DO NOT WORK HERE** Interviewed: The title, junior brand manager, was a ruse unfortunately. The position did not exist or at least they tricked me into applying for Junior Brand Manager just to get me to be a " Professional Fundraiser" or "Event Manager". All roles of which are NOT marketing roles but sales positions. They marketed this job as a "marketing job" however it was not. During my interview I realized they wanted to fill sales positions for the lower level parts of their company. The company itself is a " marketing company" Which creates events outside of local businesses taking donations for a non-profit called " Stand For the Silent". The gist is: - you are not applying for a marketing job - you are taking donations for this non-profit outside of stores - you get a percentage of those donations as commission. - you also make money for the people above you. - They want you to progress and have people make money for you taking donations as well. When I asked" so are you hiring for the job that I specifically applied for on my application or something else". And the interviewer had explained that I was not. It was rather confusing and disappointing to me. I felt like my time was wasted.
