Overall a great company. Lot of opportunity to grow, but high expectations also.

You've got to hustle to succeed.

-Unlimited PTO was GREAT -Remote Work

-no career progression -extremely cliquey groups, if they didn't like you they will stay forever not liking you -for a org working with political clients, they weren't shy about sharing their personal political views and opinions -little to almost no feedback, imo if you can stay down and do your work without the people affecting you, it might be the right fit for you
