We set very high standards for our workplace culture and pride ourselves on our flat organization without hierarchy. We provide access to confidential counsellors in each office, as well as twice-yearly employee engagement surveys as constructive avenues to address any personal or professional matters. Speaking of which, our culture scored a 94% positivity rating from our current employees across all offices.
