Thank you for the feedback and while it is of course difficult to read, it is extremely valuable in helping us put in places changes to ensure that no one else has the same experience that you have had. While the long term is a vision that is communicated regularly, it is also vital that we remain rooted in the short term, to ensure we, as a company can hit that long term. With the amount the business has changed since its inception four years ago, I understand the challenges in holding a long tenure in such a rapidly changing environment and would appreciate the chance to learn how I could of handled it better so can learn from this experience.
