You’re selling a customer on the premise on a free gift and trying to add value to a service that isn’t marketed in any traditional or new media format. The management either lies about the background or in one case created an entire fictional Aurora about themselves being a veteran and former lawyer while later being arrested during work hours for tax fraud. The company is not multi-lingual so all non-English speakers count against you as do international call ins.
