Pros

1. Access to top management 2.Management takes care of you if you perform 3. Good learning opportunities are there- You can either self learn or learn from seniors. 4. You get exposed to lots of scenarios for problem solving and bringing improvements. You can understand your potential.

Cons

1. Frequent travel between plants- This is a mandatory requirement. You need to start at 6am from Tambaram and you'll reach at 8pm on such days. 2. Canteen can be much better in terms of food quality 3. Can bring in better employee friendly perks and policies 4. Half year reviews are not conducted- This should be done to help employees get the right feedback

Pros

Nothing to say pros in this company

Cons

This organisation is one of the most unprofessional and poorly managed workplaces I have ever experienced. The management operates with complete disregard for employees’ efforts, ideas, and basic dignity. Workers are treated with suspicion and disrespect, as if they are not valuable contributors but merely bodies expected to work without thought, opinion, or emotion. The company fails to recognise talent, ignores feedback, and shows no interest in employee well-being. Once you submit your resignation, the treatment becomes even worse—disrespectful behaviour, delayed responses, avoidance by HR and management, and a complete lack of professionalism. Instead of maintaining dignity and fairness, the organisation chooses revenge-driven behaviour and mental pressure. There are no consistent rules or standards in this company. Policies change from person to person depending on convenience or favoritism. What applies to one employee does not apply to another, and decisions are made based on partiality rather than principles. Overall, this company lacks proper systems, ethical leadership, and respect for its workforce. It is an organisation where professionalism is absent, transparency is ignored, and employees are treated as disposable.

Pros

IM Gears has great new projects as well as some technically strong industry veterans.

Cons

The management works in a very chaotic unplanned way, making role and department switches whenever they feel like it. There is a lot of internal politics between old employees and new ones. There are only a handful of managers who can actually contribute to your professional wellbeing in a positive way. Puppet HR.
