Would not recommend - Driver Helper ILOG Employee Review

Unprofessional management (was often accused of being "lazy" when routes took longer than management's calculations) Excessive micromanagement Was frequently not paid for hours worked (routes had a calculated amount of time in which they had to be completed. Calculations were nearly always far below the amount of time routes took. Was not paid for the additional hours worked outside of the time window, neither was my driver)
