      Pros

      Relaxing environment, great benifeits, easy to take time off, very understanding when it comes to personal issues, get your work done and go home. Very friendly and everyone there is willing to help you succeed and develop you at your full potential. Off weekends and most holidays. No on call and no work at night.

      Cons

      At this time there is no cons except at the moment there is no overtime, but you will be home with your family on the weekends.

      Pros

      No one breaking your chops. Friendly people They offer health benefits and 401K. If you like working in the field and getting lots of over time you'll fit in. Flexible schedule

      Cons

      Office is very disorganized. Every day there are arguments and power struggles. Everyone wants to be a manager while everyone else does little to no work. There is no accountability for anyone. Staff is very underpaid hence a high turn over rate. Health insurance for a family is stupid expensive
