Pros
Incredible staff and program management team. Best contracting company I have had the opportunity to work for.
Cons
Time-off policies should be adjusted. As a contractor it is understood you may not be with the same contractor forever. Receiving the starting 10-days of time off per calendar year is nice in addition to federal holidays, but they would be better served adding additional days to attract more candidates. Start with 12-15 days off of vacation time. With each contractor change leave and sick days are lost.
