      -Strong benefits. -Excellent work–life balance -I had the chance to work with some wonderful people, and one of those relationships directly led me to my current employer

      -Pay is below industry standards. Even considering that my new job title is somewhat advanced, being offered $10k more in a similar position demonstrates that compensation -Strong performers are kept in their current roles instead of being supported in their growth.
