Lack of true leader Since they are accepting seniority systems in promotion, everyone can be promoted to manager even when they stay in company over ten years without any performance outcome. Most managers are struggling to manage the team since they don't have any management skills. Most skilled employees tend to be unmotivated and resign quickly. Poor at adapting change of market environment and needs Since they only pursue the old systems and manuals established about 20-30 years ago, the internal system (even their technical knowhow) is totally old and not usable. New ideas and movements of change is usually unacceptable in the organization.
