Idea Services - Support Worker IHC Employee Review

You're not allowed to have a break during your shift(!!), the pay is not good, the Christmas present is an embarrassment-they literally worked out the absolute minimum they could possibly gift us. Once I called in sick at 5pm for the next day and was told I was leaving it too late (next time I guess they want me to call a week in advance for a sick day??), but they are constantly calling me after 9pm(!!) to ask if I can work a shift that I have already said no to.
