      You won't get rich working here, but my experience was that there is no crunch, and all employees were respected.

      Salaries can be on the lower end. Some roles can't be remote at all.

      Pros

      I was allowed to work remotely.

      Cons

      Salary increases do not keep up with inflation. There were years were I didn't get any raise at all even though I was getting good ratings on my performance review. I was expected to know things but wasn't trained in anything. The culture is very frustrating.
